01 — Account Coordinator

Remote
Full-time Position – Lewisville, TX, Salary based on experience
NOTICE: This position is remote, however, it is available to North Texas residents only.

Primary Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, eager-to-learn, team player to assist our Account Managers team with day-to-day activities. Customer service and project management skills will suit this position well. Candidates must possess a desire to grow in the MMC Team. Basically, we want a team player that’s in it to help our company grow.

Responsibilites

  • Assist the Account Manager team members with day-to-day activities for all facets of projects
  • Assist with client retention and growth efforts
  • Enter projects into our project management system
  • Review project billing to ensure all components of the project are accounted for prior to billing
  • Assist with responses to client emails
  • Assist with the management of projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee project quality control and navigating client approvals
  • Follow up with clients on proposals, and other business opportunities
  • Take initiative and be proactive in finding new ways to help the Account Manager team
  • Strong communication skills in person, over email, and on the phone
  • Assist with project and new client kick-off calls
  • Assist with answering incoming phone calls from clients or new business
  • Assist with the creation of weekly client status reports
  • Take initiative to resolve problems and maintain work quality
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Previous Customer Service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional standards for quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn the client profiles and assist the internal team, as needed
  • Attitude of generosity and kindness and the desire to be a team player
  • Passion for helping our clients meet and exceed their marketing goals
