Account Manager

Full-time Position – Lewisville, TX – Compensation Based on Experience/Skill

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to  join our team. This position is for a proficient professional with hands-on agency account management background and CRM. This is not a  receptionist position. Workamajig software experience preferred.

  • Own and execute projects while managing day-to-day account activities for all facets of projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion using project management software on a daily basis
  • Oversee project quality control and navigating client approvals throughout projects
  • Capable of managing a queue of high-velocity projects and tasks in tandem
  • Set realistic goals and expectations with clients
  • Take initiative and be proactive in keeping clients on track within projects
  • Strong communication skills in person, over email, and on the phone, while interpreting client needs into actionable internal direction
  • Liaison between clients and internal team
  • Drive client status and kick-off calls, as well as taking calls for new business
  • Maintain weekly status reports if necessary for clients
  • Recommend and encourage best-practices for marketing strategies
  • Oversee and create billing for all projects
  • Take initiative to resolve problems and maintain work quality


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
  • Agency and CRM experience required
  • Workamajig experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Mac OS including iCal, MacMail, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to foster and maintain client relationships as a trusted adviser
  • Marketing experience related to and including print collateral, direct mailers, and websites
  • Tenacious in meeting deadlines and able to appropriately adapt to client changes in timelines
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn the client profiles and direct the internal team as needed

Promotional Marketing Specialist

This position is for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in the promotional products/ marketing industry. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in working collaboratively with clients and/or account managers. You will help lay the foundation upon which the company will continue its growth.

Big egos need not apply – we need a team player.

Required Duties

  • Research and develop sales opportunities to expand the MMC client base
  • Perform client facing sales of MMC promotional products and other offerings
  • Research and make product suggestions based on the client/potential client’s needs/budget
  • Create custom proposals
  • Follow up with clients and potential clients
  • Negotiate with vendors for the best possible price and quality
  • Follow latest trends in the promotional products industry
  • Keep records of all sales connections and opportunities
  • Review previous orders and follow up with clients regarding re-orders and new products
  • Review and approve vendor proofs
  • Assist in answering and directing phone calls, and greet guests


  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in promotional products, sales, campaign creation and concepting
  • Excellent sales skills with an understanding of how to sell to a client and close a sale without being aggressive
  • Experience with ASI, SAGE, PPAI and ESP required
  • Experience with Web Jaguar preferred
  • Strong customer services skills are a must
  • Experience working directly with clients and internal teams
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently toward established goals/objectives
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
  • Proactively identify additional tasks to be completed and assist others
  • Ability to follow direction with focused attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of product trends
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Graphic design experience preferred
